Today, the water mitigation team finished their part of this new job. I've worked with them in the past and had high expectations, which they exceeded. Professionalism? Check. Respectful? Check. Punctual? To the minute! Communication with the office staff? Reliable and friendly. They were all knowledgeable, patient with my questions, concerned for my comfort regarding noise, etc. They all wore masks because I have lung disease. Super attentive and the job is beautiful. Communication was A+. They made protecting my house a number one priority. The price was very, very fair.The team that worked on the job were Ron, David M., Pedro, Acory, and Simon. And of course Ron, my project manager. I am so very satisfied and highly recommend this company! It is never easy having contractors in your home repairing and building. And I work from home. This crew was in and out with the least amount of disruption to my day. Color me pink!!
