We cannot say enough about the professionalism and kindness we've encountered from the Five Star Restoration pack out crew. This process has been so stressful but they sure helped ease it when having to pack up every item in our home due to the damage. Janely, Chelsea, Elvira, Jesus, Mauricio, Diego, and Adrian Jr were all amazing. They were hardworking, respectful, and kind. There are no words to describe how impressed by them we were. We feel the exact same way about the remediation crew and process. James Weber's crew was outstanding. I wish I knew and could remember all of their names to list out individually. Acorey always went above and beyond. They too treated us with so much kindness, professionalism, and respect. They always made sure the house was closed up and cleaned up at the end of every day. They all work so hard in some pretty miserable and grueling situations. They made a stressful situation less stressful and more comfortable.
